What happens if an Open Game is cancelled?
We'll always let you know in advance
Occasionally we need to cancel an Open Game due to low numbers, weather, or other circumstances.
If a session is cancelled:
- You'll be notified by email as soon as possible
- All paid players receive a full automatic refund to their original payment method
- You don't need to do anything — the refund happens automatically
If you want to cancel your own spot: Contact your local Kikoff team via my.kikoff.com.au/support and we'll do our best to assist depending on timing.
