What is the late payment fee?

If a balance invoice (like your season deposit balance) becomes overdue, a 10% late payment fee may be applied.

How it works:

• You'll receive reminder emails before your balance due date
• If the balance isn't paid by the due date, it becomes overdue
• A 10% late fee is added to the outstanding balance
• You'll be notified by email when a late fee is applied

Weekly auto-charge: Weekly invoices are charged automatically after each fixture — no late fee applies to weekly charges.

To avoid late fees: Pay your balance invoice early via my.kikoff.com.au/leagues → your team → Payments.

If you're having trouble paying, reach out to your local team early — we'd rather sort it out before a late fee kicks in.
