How do I use a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be used on bookings and program registrations.

To redeem a voucher:

1. Go through the booking or registration process as normal
2. On the payment/confirmation page, find the Gift voucher field
3. Enter your voucher code and click Apply
4. The voucher value is deducted from your total
5. If it covers everything, no further payment is needed

Buying a gift voucher: Gift vouchers are available in the portal at my.kikoff.com.au/gift-vouchers. They make great presents!

Good to know:

• Vouchers can only be applied at the time of booking — not to past invoices
• If your voucher doesn't cover the full amount, pay the rest by card
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
