What is a cash booking and how does it work?

A cash booking lets you pay in cash when you arrive at the venue, rather than paying online upfront.

How it works:

1. Select the cash payment option when booking
2. A hold is placed on your saved card to authorise the booking (your card is not charged)
3. Turn up, play, and pay cash at the venue
4. The hold on your card is released after your session

Important:

• You must have a valid saved card on file to make a cash booking — this is used for authorisation only
• Cash bookings need to be pre-approved by your location's team
• If you don't show up, the card authorisation may be captured
