How do I add or update my payment method?

Keep your card up to date for smooth bookings

Having a card saved in your account makes bookings and registrations faster — and it's required for some payment options like weekly auto-charge.

To add or update your card:

  1. Log in at my.kikoff.com.au
  2. Go to Payment Methods
  3. Click Add card and enter your card details
  4. Your card is saved securely via Stripe

What's stored: We never store your full card number. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — one of the world's leading payment platforms.

Updating an expired card: If your card has expired or been declined, you'll see a notice in your portal. Head to Payment Methods to update it promptly to avoid any impact on your bookings or league payments.
