Post-Party Packing Procedures for Field/Play Area Usage

This article clarifies the requirements for packing up after a party, specifically regarding the use of the field/play area.

After the 2-hour party time:

• The use of the field/play area ends, but you are allowed to remain in the area to pack up.
• You have 30 minutes to clear and vacate the area after the party finishes, this gives our staff enough time to clean the area before the next part arrives.
• You can extend your party, subject to availability for an additional fee.

• You can arrive 20 minutes early to set up before the party starts.
• If you require more time after the 2-hour party, additional time can be booked in 30-minute increments for a fee.

At the conclusion of your party, while the use of the field/play area ends, you are permitted to stay and pack up your belongings. Ensure to clear the area to prepare for the next party.
