• Any other protected attribute under Australian law
Expected Behaviour
All staff, players and visitors are expected to:
• Communicate respectfully
• Treat others fairly and professionally
• Follow reasonable venue directions from staff
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment
• Resolve disagreements calmly and appropriately
Unacceptable Behaviour
The following behaviour is not acceptable at KIKOFF venues:
• Discriminatory language or conduct
• Harassment or bullying
• Threatening or aggressive behaviour
• Abuse directed toward staff or patrons
• Vilification based on religion, race or background
• Intimidation of staff, players or visitors
Complaints
Complaints relating to discrimination or inappropriate behaviour may be reported to venue management for review and investigation.
KIKOFF reserves the right to take appropriate action where behaviour breaches venue standards, including warnings, removal from the venue or suspension of access where necessary.
